Are my screen recordings uploaded to any cloud server?

Never. The video recording pipeline uses the native browser MediaStream and MediaRecorder APIs. All frame encoding and audio mixing take place strictly in your local device RAM. No data is transmitted across the internet.

Can I record both my voice and computer audio simultaneously?

Yes. When both Microphone and System Audio are enabled, our tool uses the Web Audio API to mix both audio streams into a synchronized master audio track in real time.

How do I capture internal audio from a YouTube video or Google Meet?

When the browser prompt appears asking which window to share, choose 'Chrome Tab' (or 'Browser Tab') and ensure the 'Also share tab audio' checkbox is ticked at the bottom left of the modal.

Why does QuickTime Player on Mac say it can't open my WebM file?

macOS QuickTime does not natively support WebM (VP9/VP8) containers. To play WebM files on Mac, use the free VLC Media Player or choose the MP4 format preset prior to recording.
