Display Calibration & Measurement Guide

Why Screen Pixels Are Not Equal Across Different Monitors

Standard web browsers operate on arbitrary CSS pixels. A 100-pixel line on a 27-inch 4K desktop monitor is physically much smaller than a 100-pixel line on a 1080p display. KitWharf solves this with multi-method calibration, calculating your display's true Pixel-Per-Inch (PPI) ratio.

1

Multi-Method Calibration

Align a standard credit card, dollar bill, or euro note — or select your laptop/monitor diagonal—to calibrate true millimeters and inches.

2

Smooth Drag-to-Resize

Grab the right handle of the ruler to smoothly expand its length from 200px up to 2500px with live tick graduation generation.

3

2-Point Caliper & Inspector

Place Pin A and Pin B across any points to measure Euclidean distance, horizontal width, height, and angle. Use Inspector for live cursor coordinates.
